What if I am unable to attend the CommuniQ or bonus sessions live over Zoom?

Don't worry! All CommuniQ chats and live bonus sessions are recorded and made available to you inside your QRB course area.

If you have questions, submit them via the Google form before the CommuniQ chat and we will still answer it. Then you can go back and watch the video when you have time and find your answer.

What happens to my access after the course ends?

That's one of the wonderful things about joining us in QRB- once the course ends, you retain your access to the course area and all the material inside. You will have access to QRB for the lifetime of the product!

Will the private QRB Facebook group be there forever?

No. This group is only to facilitate conversation and networking during the 6 weeks we are delivering QRB. After the course finishes, the QRB March 2021 Facebook group will be archived {which means you will still be able to read the posts and info in that group, but you will no longer be able to add new posts or information}.

What do I do if I have questions as I work through QRB?

We are here to support you! We want to see you succeed, so we do our best to answer any and all questions you have.

There are three ways you can ask questions during QRB:

1. Post them in the private Facebook group.

2. Comment inside your course area.

3. Submit your questions using the Google form we provide to have them answered during the CommuniQ chat.

You offer this course multiple times a year, don't you?

Yes. While the course will be offered again in 2021, we are not sure exactly when that will be.

We encourage you to take advantage of this class because the bonuses offered here will NOT be the same in future QRB classes.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes! We are confident that you will find QRB useful, but if for some reason you don't you have 30 days to request a full refund.

We want you to feel comfortable saying YES to this transformational course, so we have made this process easy. All you need to do is send us an email explaining why QRB was not useful to you and your research within 30 days of March 22, 2021 and we will refund you in full!
